We pride ourselves on our rapid money transfers, and we never hold on to your money longer than necessary. Many transfers are available for your recipient in minutes. This varies by country, the method of delivery you select, and how you pay for the transaction. Some things that can slow down processing:
- Additional information required by Soksipay or recipient bank or financial institution for your security
- Payment processing / verifying your bank account
- Branch location hours / delivery hours / holidays
- Erroneous recipient details You can cancel the transfer without a fee. We promise, with a money-back guarantee, that your recipient will receive the money.

3 How will my recipient receive the money?
Your recipient can receive money at Cash Pickup of our partner Caisse d'Épargne et de Crédit de la Solidarité (Cepac Solidarité ) or partner bank. At least one of these services is available in each country where Soksipay operates.
Cash Pickup Service
Soksipay partners with well known and trusted Banks and Retailers who pay out our money transfers. To pick up a money transfer, your recipient goes to a Cash Pickup agent and shows the agent a Soksipay Transaction Number and valid I.D.
This is how the Soksipay Cash Pickup process works:
You authorize a Soksipay transaction after choosing Cash Pickup.
You will see a Soksipay Transaction Number on the confirmation page. You will also get a receipt email from Soksipay that includes your Transaction number. At this point, Soksipay is processing your payment.
Next, you will receive a Ready For Pickup email. Please read this email carefully. Give your recipient the Soksipay Transaction Number and any other details from the email required for a successful cash pickup.
When your recipient arrives at the local bank branch or retailer, your recipient will be required to fill out a simple form with the Soksipay Transaction Number and I.D. The teller or agent will confirm the Soksipay Tracking Number, verify your recipient’s identification, pay out the transfer, and provide a receipt to confirm payment.
At this time, your transaction will be updated to "Completed" and you will receive an email notification confirming that your recipient has successfully picked up the money. The email notification may arrive shortly after the money has been paid or on the next business day.

6 How much money can I send from Soksipay?
The limits on the amount of money you can send depend on several different requirements:
- Soksipay limits for the sender
- Soksipay limits for the recipient
Soksipay Limit
As soon as you sign up, you can send up to $500 CAD and a maximum of one (1) transactions daily, two (2) transactions weekly and five (5) transactions a monthly. Sending limits are applied to the combined activity of all accounts with the same physical address. According to Soksipay terms & Conditions, each client must have only one account ant must supply additional information to help us ensure a secure money transfer experience while meeting Federal and State regulatory requirements. You will be prompted to provide this information whenever you try to send more than your current limit or you may save time by making arrangements with our Customer Verification team to provide this information in advance.
Per our Privacy Policy, all documentation will be secured, kept confidential and is only used for verification and compliance purposes. Soksipay reserves the right to decline requests for increased send limits.
Your recipient may also have limits on the amount of money received. Please refer to Recipient limits and the law in the country’s recipients.

7 How will I know when my recipient has received the money?
Soksipay sends you email notifications informing after you submit a Soksipay transaction.
Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive another email telling you that your recipient has received the funds.
Place the email address "[email protected]" in your "safe sender's list" to be sure that these messages are not mistakenly directed to your junk or spam mail box.
If you're not sure how to configure your email attributes, consult your Internet Service Provide (ISP), email service or system administrator.
8 Why am I getting a Payment Authorization failure message?
Possibilities are:
- Your credit card number, expiration date or verification code are not entered correctly. The verification code (or CVV) is a physical signature for the actual credit card you are holding and it will change when you receive a new card (with a new expiration date, etc.). Please make sure you enter the correct CVV or verification code for your new card.
- Your address is not entered exactly as it appears in your billing statements. You should contact your credit card company to make sure all addresses associated with your account are correct.
- Your credit card company does not support the Address Verification System (AVS). Soksipay requires all credit cards to support this.
If you are unable to place a transaction after confirming all of the information above, please do the following:
- Log into your Soksipay Account and click on "My Account."
- Click "Credit and Debit Card" under Account Services.
- Remove the non-working credit card by clicking on the "Remove" button.
- On your web browser, delete all cookies and temporary internet files.
- After the card has been removed, click on the "Add" button and re-enter the card.
If you are still unable to complete a credit card transaction, please try using a different credit card.
